STEAMING AT HOME
Hello, STEAMER families. The school community has come together during these trying times in an effort to make sure all student needs are addressed. Our goal is to provide students with a learning experience that will allow them to continue to progress with their skills and knowledge. Please be patient throughout the remote learning experience. This is new for everyone so there are bound to be unexpected challenges for which we can work together to resolve. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions, comments, or suggestions - I am happy to help! ([email protected]) (updated 9/28/20)
Steaming at Home BLOG.
To all the parents and caregivers: I have put together links to websites that I use with my first & second grade students in the STEAM Lab. The majority of their experiences are hands-on activities. This year we have built towers, created electrical circuits, made booklets, programmed robots, and coded. Please use this page as a reference. Although you will find many engaging online activities, please make sure your children have to time to explore offline activities including building, experimenting, drawing, dancing, and more. Check this page and my BLOG for new additions and changes.
